ORDER TRACKING

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING

95% of our orders have a tracking number available. However, in some cases, your order may not include one.
If you need more information about a shipment without a tracking number, please contact us at support@theperfectpoloshirt.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

You will receive your tracking number via email within a few days after placing your order. You can then track your package on our Track Order page.

📌 Tip: Make sure you enter your tracking number correctly. Copy & paste is the best way to avoid errors.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. This notification will be sent to both your registered email address and the phone number provided at checkout.

The tracking number is usually available within a few days after shipment. You can also check the Track Order page for updates.

THE TRACKING SITE SAYS "DELIVERED," BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET

Sometimes, postal tracking services mark an order as "delivered" when it reaches your local post office, even though you have not yet received it.
If this happens, please:

  1. Wait a few more days – your package may still be in transit.
  2. Check with your local post office – they may be holding it for you.

  • If the mail carrier is unable to deliver your package, they may leave a notice in your mailbox. You can then pick it up from your local post office.

Our warehouses are located in China and the United States. Most orders are shipped from China.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please send us photo or video proof of the issue.

AFTER PURCHASE

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR ORDERED THE WRONG VARIANT. CAN I CHANGE IT?

We will do our best to update your details. However, we cannot guarantee changes because orders are often processed immediately and may ship on the same or next business day.

MY PACKAGE IS STUCK IN CUSTOMS. WHAT CAN I DO?
